I really appreciated the staff. They were very friendly and helpful, especially with late-night food recommendations and luggage assistance. camille was excellent in ensuring my luggage pickup went smoothly. the location was superb for exploring the lake and city center. breakfast featured fresh food, and the cheese selection was AMAZING!!!

the nespresso machine was a bit of a letdown, as i would have preferred a more environmentally friendly coffee option.

the room featured clean and well kept interiors with classic decor and a comfortable bed. furnishings were lovely, and the bathroom included a full bath with a powerful shower. public transport access with the metro made commuting very easy.

the reception staff provided excellent and friendly service, readily offering assistance with various needs and requests. i found the team very helpful and attentive . they ensured a smooth and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.

the staff helped me quickly with wifi issues. the room included a cute little balcony. i liked the location since it was close to the metro. there was a nice cafe down the road (i really enjoyed the pastries!).

the room felt a little small. there was no closet, just a bar with few hangers. i think there could be improvements made.

The room felt quite small for the price I paid. the door lock malfunctioned. Upon arrival, I needed staff assistance to enter the room. Returning from a concert later, I faced the same problem. I found it frustrating since it made me late for a concert and no one offered any compensation or even a simple apology. I was very disappointed.

The location was quite convenient. It was next door to the metro. this made access to the city simple.

I found the pillows uncomfortable. the room easily became too warm. consequently i required the air conditioning. it was very noisy even on the lowest setting.
